Hello there, you may call me 'K'. I'm a student in his twenties that's studying how to help this world one way or another, in my travels I've seen a lot and been through about just as much. I'm making this on request of several individuals to try and help some of you folks out through life. I will try to remain as unbiased and helpful as possible, but I don't have all of the answers. If you gain nothing else by viewing my blog, I hope you are able to at least feel a bit better about whatever position you are in during this time of your life. Cheers.

Find Your Greatness
“Greatness. It’s just something you made up. Somehow you’ve come to believe that greatness is a gift, reserved for a chosen few; for prodigies, for superstars. And the rest of us can only stand by watching. You can forget that. Greatness is not some rare DNA strand, it’s not some precious thing. Greatness is no more unique to us then breathing. We’re all capable of it. All of us.“
This very inspirational ad from Nike features 12-year old Nathan from London, Ohio, who is trying to lose weight. The message of their new ad campaign is that everyone can achieve greatness, especially in the light of the Olympics, where we see the seemingly unachievable feats that the athletes accomplish.
What is greatness to you? While we look at the Olympics and the amazing people that compete there, we sometimes forget that they are just that – people. Amazing, very dedicated and talented people, but in their essence, they are like you and me. And while they strive for greatness, we feel inadequate, while we too, can strive for it. Greatness is in everyone, greatness is wherever somebody is trying to find it. Greatness is overcoming the odds, doing something that other’s say you can’t, and especially overcoming yourself. You too, are great.
